When my gurney was being
pushed down the hall to the emergency room, I saw the flickering fluorescent
lights on the ceiling just like in the movies and I was in the most of pain in
my life. I asked my grandfather in spirit, “I’m I going to die?” He answered, “Everybody’s
got to die, Stephen.” That made me so mad, “God Damnit! I’m I going to die
tonight,” I demanded. He said, “No, you’re not going to die tonight.”
I considered that a wakeup
call. A close call to a near death experience. One of many, but one I needed
that summer. Have you completed your homework this summer? WTF, what homework?
Your report, “What I learned this summer?” Everybody has to have one.
Did you learn anything that
would progress your soul this summer? I’m going to help you out since we are
into August and school starts real soon. Read one of these books or watch one
of these life changing movies and I promise you will evolve in a few hours what
has taken others years to learn. Just one, I promise it won’t hurt!
