I had a client not long ago that had a very good reading,
but her family was struggling very hard with the death in the family. I told
her three times during the reading that she needed to get some help for the kids.
At the end of the reading I told her again that she needed to get some grief counseling
for the kids and herself. She told me she had a degree in psychology and I interrupted
and said, no wonder your f*cked-up! Everybody I know with a psychology degree
is f*cked-up. I’m f*cked-up, we all are! I was trying to make a point. With my
crude language I trying to make the point as sharply as I could, feelings be
damned. Nobody has lived your life before. Perfection is not in our grasp and
that’s ok. Need a little help? It’s ok!
Throw a life preserver to those you can help that are
struggling. Save who you can with what you’ve got. We can’t save the world.
Saving one or two people at a time will be good enough for this life!
